From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Ajwa Hotel in Ürgüp combines beautiful grounds with outstanding amenities, including a private zoo, horseback riding, go-karts, a café with exotic coffees and desserts, a coffee museum, pottery lessons, a children’s playground, a gym, pool, hammam, and even traditional Turkish yurts for a unique stay. Its location is ideal, close to all the major attractions, making it easy to explore the region. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and professional. Head Chef Ramil stood out for his hospitality, giving us a tour on arrival and assisting throughout our stay with special requests, from arranging go-karts to coordinating egg collection at the chicken coop for our children. The kids loved gathering eggs, tomatoes, and berries from the hotel’s mini farm, which were then prepared for their breakfast, a truly special memory. Breakfast itself is delicious, varied, and included. There is no downside. I will always stay here when visiting Cappadocia.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to have the experience of staying in an actual cave, but with all the facilities. It was the best choice. We had a late arrival, with a rental car which we left on a narrow street behind the hotel. The men welcoming us took care to move the car, gave us the keys and did the checkin extremely fast, while we were in the room. When traveling with a kid you do appreciate this a lot. The hotel has multiple rooms on different levels and they have an elevator which makes things much easier. I choose an Executive Suit, which comes with a large hammam bathroom. It proved to be exceptionally useful as we decided to have a hammam experience with their professional masseur, Ahmed. I can only say that he has magic hands, very nice and my 10 years old son loved the experience as much as we did. The breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant with a splendid panorama of the town. They prepare eggs at your request, they have hot dishes and provide very tasty local salads, cheeses and products. Also, the Turkish coffee is a must. All the staff were more than helpful and friendly. It is worth every penny! They really made our stay exceptional.

Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.
