Mehmet and his staff are super nice and they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They also booked all the tours and transfers for us. Wi-Fi is good and available everywhere on property. Very quiet place 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Urgup with lots of dining choices. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast had lots of choices. Excellent breads, a la carte omelletes, cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruits lots of jams etc. Also a big bonus is that this hotel has an elevator. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

The breakfasts were absolutely delightful, fresh, local, and served with the kind of care that makes you feel truly looked after. My room was spotless, and the standard of cleanliness and comfort was simply outstanding. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the personal connection and care shown by Eren. He helped organize everything for me, including an early morning hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscapes, a peaceful horseback tour through the valleys, and even a professional photo session that captured the spirit of the moment so beautifully. Every detail was handled with professionalism and integrity. Eren clearly has reliable and well-established local connections. This wasn’t just a hotel stay it was a beautifully curated experience. Zeppelin Cappadocia felt personal, soulful, and magical in a way that no other place has. If you're considering coming to Cappadocia, look no further. I'll be back. Absolutely.
