Exactly as described. Lovely club house with amenities opposite the property. The kitchen was very well stocked and my husband is very fussy chef so hard to please, he said it was superb. 5 star added touches in the bathroom that are better than 5 star hotels.

Great modern and cosy apartment with luxurious amenities and facilities. Excellent value for money. When needed necessary repairs were done well, very good service

The room provided was over-sized with ample space. Use of the living room and dining areas was exclusive. There were only two rooms in total available for booking and we had booked them both. Both rooms were nearly identical in size and amenities. Also, the hostess and host were available whenever needed but gave us our space. They are very personable and knowledgeable of the area and provided great dining suggestions. As we came to know them better we spent some time sharing experiences together - couldn't ask for better!

Clean and quiet…my 2 largest concerns always when I travel. I can overlook luxury and needs of facility upgrades….just give me clean quiet and a comfortable place I feel safe at then you’ll get my vote.

There are honestly not a lot of 5 -Star hotels in this area. I was going to a college reunion in Middletown and this hotel worked out great. 24-hour front desk service and felt safe. The room was clean and made up every day. Breakfast was meh, but at least free and coffee. Overall, pleased and would recommend... and it was reasonably priced.

Clean, large, luxury rooms- soak tub was lovely, Great location and love the additional details like breakfast, wine and cookies.

Location, price, surprisingly good breakfast included in a very good price. Not a huge range on the breakfast but what is there is more than adequate. Offers Bounce Luggage storage facility, and is right next to the Train and bus station with a good selection of places to eat nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall excellent value. It is cheaper than most other places and as such you’re not going to get 5 star facilities but for the price it really is excellent value.

The server at the bar was excellent and the food and drinks were outstanding. Chef made an amazing portobello pesto pasta. Very pleased.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was exceptional, modern and clean. Felt like staying in a 5 star hotel.
