We love any of the ocean front rooms - the views are all amazing and the balcony with seating for morning coffee or evening chats are great! The corner rooms for extra luxury and spectacular views are the best!

The condos are huge. Think early 90s luxury. The AC works really well and there are plenty of pools to choose from so it was never crowded. Location was good if you have a car. 15 minutes drive to old Kona town. Also very close to the Manta Rays snorkel area, which is 10 minutes walk away. It looks like the main drawcard of this resort is tennis and pickleball, because they have a massive number of courts which are very well maintained.

Amazing property location so relaxing in the jungle it felt like sleeping in a tree house but with every luxury imaginable and perfect location for exploring VNP

This property does totally the job. It is like being at a relatives house or visiting a friend. The personal of the house is outstanding, always happy to help, always smiling and doing their best to keep the place up to date.

We upgraded to Oceanfront View room, so the view from the balcony was outstanding!!! I think any other room could "slightly" change our rating.

while a little out of the way, the setting was great and you could access site seeing locations with a bit of a drive. The cottage was quaint and beautifully set up. It had an outside kitchen (well sheltered) so took some time to get used to. The host was very friendly and offered lots of great ideas and wealth of information. If we had any questions, or concerns (about how things worked etc) he was quick to respond. I loved the chickens roaming the yard. I would definitely come again.

The villa was great. The location, the equipments (snorkel and camping), furnitures were all amazing. 5 star trip.

location location location.Amazing hilltop views of hilo which can’t be seen, even at a 5 star property. Good value for money too.
