We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited, offering a level of luxury and service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it, especially for Middle Eastern guests. Not only does the hotel boast the best view of the city, but the attention to detail and care provided by your staff members truly made my stay memorable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Chef Concierge Philippe Gills and Alex Yu for their spectacular service, which added an extra touch of warmth and professionalism to my visit. We got an upgrade on the room without adding money, the room was great the view and amenities, staff and housekeeping did a great job.the Nespresso machine was a bonus and served us well, the property is beautiful and smells really good!

We had issues with our German Credit Card and had to pay full stay in cash. But on our arrival day before, the team wasn't really sure how to proceed as they are only used to take Credit Cards.
