We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

The staff is helpful and the location is great. The room was very comfortable and spacious. A more spacious room was offered as an upgrade, which we really appreciated. Cleanliness was top notch.

We had to check in very last minute and they were so accommodating. Overall the hotel is beautiful, friendly and the little touches of fresh infused water everyday is something small but enjoyable!

I love Japanese minimalism, nice materials and restraint in decoration. Comfortable, cozy, beautiful and friendly staff. The size of the rooms is optimal, the beds are comfortable. We left the hotel and thought it was so good. By the way, very tasty breakfasts and coffee in the restaurant on the ground floor.
