I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

Among all of the accommodations we've stayed in across 15 countries in Europe and Asia, this hotel in Hanoi is one of the best for us. We felt safe and well-attended to during our stay. The room had everything we needed for our compact 8-day stay - we dined, cooked, and did laundry comfortably as we were well-supplied. The bed was cozy and allowed for rest. A/C functioned well. The dining table and couch were just the right size. The room had the right amount of racks and cabinetry for organization. Bathroom utilities are basic yet reliable. The make and model of the laundry machine is good and updated. Despite resupplying us with two pieces of bottled water daily, we still had the provision of drinking water via the filtration system on the tap. Daily cleaning was fulfilled to our satisfaction. We suggest for bath products to be in refillable glass bottles instead of mini plastic bottles, and for linens and towels to be replaced only when they've been set on the floor, for a more sustainable approach. The gym included basic equipment that is enough to engage one in a proper, full-body workout. We didn't get to try the sauna but the heated pool was awesome and the layout of the pool and sauna area is appreciated. Breakfast included soups, side dishes, Vietnamese and Japanese fare, an array of fruits, veg, yogurt, juice and milk options. There's cereal, bread, jams, and chilled dessert. Pho as well as eggs cooked in different ways can be ordered on the spot. Breakfast could be improved by offering more variety in their proteins or meat offerings. We are particular about cleanliness, and look not just at surfaces and bed corners but at A/C vents, bathroom vents, as well as drains and hair dryers to see how the hotel is on this aspect. This hotel maintains cleanliness well, at least from what we've observed of our room, hallways, elevator floors, the breakfast area, their lobby, etc.

Right from the start we were welcomed by the staff very personally, and the fantastic personal service continued throughout our whole stay. From opening doors and asking how our day had gone to giving us fantastic recommendations for restaurants around the city, everything was just perfect. Especially in the front desk Thom Nguyen really made our stay special. The rooms were really nice and clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Also the location is perfect, walking distance from most of the most important sites. Really good value for money, you probably won't find service like this for this price anywhere else.

Staff is so lovely and the location is great. Rooms amazing, comfortable beds, breakfast is great and facilities is just over all so great. Unfortunately this time we didn’t spend time at the rooftop but that’s just so lush. Will definitely come back next time when I’m visiting 🥰
