I had a small incident in the spa, my massage was not strong enough one day, the reception got informed at the same time and already next morning they made up to us with a voucher to the spa and asked for a stronger masseur to me! They even babysitted my 5 month baby so we could enjoy a relaxing couple massage! And they did it with smiles and happiness! The laundry service one of the best as well, I trusted my expensive dresses and I got almost my whole luggage laundered ready to be packed for my trip back home. I almost cried when I said goodbye to people there, we got a goodbye present as well from them! Amazing experience unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon. What impressed me the most was the flexibility of paying later, and the breakfast service was top-notch; I even left a tip for the deserving staff. they give free electric bike and in room have free washing machines to wash clothes which is very rare, being traveler since 2015 i never see this type of services.
