The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!

The staff are incredible and joyous. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning too. We LOVED the hidden speakeasy bar in the basement, what a nice surprise that was. We would give this review an 11 out of 10 if we could.

The hotel is superbly located and all staff was so efficient and always willing to help. Roof Top Bar was really good, great cocktails and service. Beds and pillows were top ten. Great restaurants nearby, and all the locals are sooo nice.

I loved the hotel. My best part was the staff, every single person we met made so much effort to make us feel welcome and we loved it. The deluxe double room was so convenient, clean and beautiful. We basically had every facility in the room that we needed, even more than we needed. Functional gym, good pool and sauna as well. Amazing time we had staying here. The breakfast was also really good.
