We have stayed elsewhere in Hoi An before but decided to give Grand Sunrise Palace a try as a friend recommended it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly, always going out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable. I tried the spa and it was so amazing that I went 3 times in total. There was a shuttle bus to take you into the Old Town, which we used several times and it was easy to get a taxi back if the shuttle wasn’t running at the time we were coming back. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the bests hotels we ever stayed in. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Both pools are amazing. Bottom pool always has a shady side which is great. The drinks at the bar were pretty good. The breakfast is amazing! Great variety of Asian and western foods. On request they even make you eggs Benedict! We ended up staying there again, because there was a problem with their sister hotel Wyndham at An Bang Beach and they upgraded us to a suite. All in all I would always go there again when coming to Hoi An!
