This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Vietnam. The staff was very polite and courteous. Thry helped us with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The night manager and supporting staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Great ambience in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very tasty had ample variety. Along with the breakfast spread they offered us several vegan dishes from the veg menu to order from the live kitchen during the breakfast buffet. All the staff members here are really polite and warm. Especially Kathy the customer relations manager is very warm and friendly and makes sure your stay is very comfortable and ensuring everything is going well. The hotel has a complimentary steam and sauna. They also have a free shuttle from and to the Hoi An Ancient Town centre and Cua Dai Beach. Another customer relayions manager Luna was very efficient in helping us locate the shuttle. The location of the hotel is great, with everything nearby and a supermarket just on the opposite side of the road. This hotel is impeccable! Makes you want to come again and stay.

First of all would like to say huge THANK YOU for Daisy and her staff. They made our stay here INCREDIBLE! Daisy welcomed us like a family, shared with us the best recommendations of places to visit. She and her team were always attentive towards us, which we appreciate so much. Biggest surprise for us was receiving a surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend’s birthday which was absolute shock and warmed our hearts so much. The place itself it beautiful, clean, smelling good and in a good location-close to anything and at the same time further from the noise. If ever coming back to Hoi An, will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

The Hotel Royal Hoi An is a beautifully maintained hotel. The rooms are large and luxurious. The beds are comfortable. We had a King room with a view of the Bon River. The hotel offers an extensive, delicious breakfast. I would also like to recommend the Woosah Spa located in the hotel. I had two 90 minute massages with the excellent Lien and my husband had a 90 minute massage with Hoa. A huge shout out to Vy, Nguyet at the front desk, the bellmen, excellent wait staff at breakfast and the wonderful bartenders in the lounge. We also took the hotel’s Vietnamese coffee making class where we were introduced to Vietnamese coffee beans, phin and seven different kinds of Vietnamese coffee.

Our stay was lovely, Staff was very friendly and attentiv. Breakfast was delicious with a Variety of dishes. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet (which is not easy to find in Vietnam), but also next to the old city and Night market. Bicycles were free to take a Trip around the area. Unfortunately we had no time to visit the spa. If I ever visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay here again. It is like vacation from busy and loud vietnam. We Tool
