Amazing hotel! Everything is totally new and super clean! The room are big and comfortable, and the view from them is beautiful. Everything just feels like a true 5 star hotel experience! The swimming pool is peaceful and clean, and has great view of the bay. The staff were super nice and helpful and the breakfast and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We loved our stay here so much that we will be coming again for 2 more nights. This was the most value for money hotel we ever stayed at!

To add to all the other very positive reviews about the facilities & staff service, let's just say that this is a beach-fronting RESORT (in the true sense) with the infinity pool, main restaurant, and rooms all having views of Ha Long bay. The outdoor pool areas AND the beach are dotted with scores of thick-cushioned deckchairs, coconut trees and lush greenery. Highly recommend going for the breakfast & dinner package. Breakfast is buffet and dinner set-menu. Our cruise got cancelled because of the threat from typhoon Ragasa. Yet we were able to spend 3 wonderful days just in the resort. Around the corner from the resort is a row of local restaurants/cafe/mini markets including a specialty wine store. Wines are expensive in Vietnam. Decent store-bought wine (Australia, France, SA, etc.) start from 600k VND (or AUD36). At the resort, we found that cocktails and beers are more affordable by Western standard.

This property offers full amenities and boasts a prime beachfront location, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay right from their rooms. The infinity pool is stunning, and although there is a small fee to access it due to the property being a homestay apartment, the price is very reasonable. We were also warmly and attentively assisted by the host, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Stepping on the boat felt like stepping back in time, with beautiful Art Deco interior details blended with nods to Vietnamese culture throughout. It was a truly luxurious stay from start to finish, with a beautiful meal and excellent service. The views were beautiful throughout too. If anything, it was hard to drag ourselves away for excursions!

We booked this hotel at the last minute due to our cruise being cancelled, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Although we had reserved a city-view room because it was cheaper, the hotel kindly upgraded us to an ocean-view room at the same price. The staff were extremely helpful and kind—they even assisted me in communicating with the driver who came to pick us up. I highly recommend this hotel, and I also recommend Vietnam as a fantastic destination where you can meet truly kind and welcoming people.
