Search five-star hotels in Prizren County

I don't know what to say, but I can describe the hotel as anything but five stars, not even four. The reception was poor, and we had to carry our own bags. The parking is public. It is okay, but it falls far below the description and expectations. Although the reception was less than ordinary, the receptionist at check-out, named Nihal, was kind and elegant in her demeanor.

Everything. Staff and location are superb. Hotel too, is fantastic. Would definitely return and recommend.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from, probably from the previous owner. The surroundings of the hotel Pure nature, three minutes by train from ABI ÇARSHIA. The rooms are a nice size, some with a balcony, very clean, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant opposite has the best chicken fillet in the city, the owner father and son were really nice, we always had a coffee as a gift from the house. I'd love to do it again whenever I'm back in Kosovo.

One of the best accommodation experiences in my whole life travelling. An outstanding room with huge terrace right in the heart of Prizren. And the hosts were like family, absolutely incredible. The breakfast is also very good. 100% recommended

Definitely one of top hostels. Such a vibe. Very warm and thoughtful owners who are willing to help you out with all the info. Right next to the city centre but quietly placed. Superb common area.

The owner went out of his way to help us find a parking space when the road was closed for Independence Day. The owners were also flexible with times, very welcoming and happy to help whenever needed. For this price point it would be hard to find anything that is better value than here! The view from the terrace was superb!

Everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful starting from the recepsionist to the pool caretaker. Splendid in everyway. Clean, tasty and chic. Great breakfast. Clean pool. Great price.I will come back

The room was cozy and clean. The location was perfect. The SPA was a little small but for us it was fantastic because there were many people at the time we were there. The breakfast was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The gentleman who served us at breakfast was very kind and positive.
