I recently stayed at Grand Sapphire Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and luxurious, with an amazing swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The gym is incredibly modern, equipped with a wide variety of top-notch equipment, making it great for fitness enthusiasts. The food was delicious, offering a diverse menu with plenty of tasty options. While the general staff were okay, the customer relations staff truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us complimentary tickets to a concert party hosted at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The food was great, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. There were lots of fun activities and open areas to enjoy — even though some outdoor places were closed because it’s not summer yet,The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was fresh and tasty.The location is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway.
