Words can not fully describe the excitement and satisfaction we got during our stay at ALvin Comfort Hotel. Starting from my first chat with the venue. The response was very impressive. The Manager I think his name is Elvis and the entire morning staff and evening staff and even the cleaners are wonderful people. We arrived very late and we were a bit apprehensive arriving at midnight to a country we don’t know, I chatted with the manager and he assured of complete safety and sent a driver to pick us from the airport. We did not have to wait for the driver at all, the driver was by the air port waiting for us. Our entire stay was enjoyable as the staff ensured we were comfortable and the kids felt so safe and happy. We visited a day before our son’s 14th birthday and I ask the manager to help us with a birthday cake which they did and this was amazing. The first receptionist I think her name is Alvin Kejsi she was ever so lovely and also the lad at the Resturant was so kind and polite. During breakfast we went down to the Resturant late and they still served us with so much to eat. On our return the Manager also ensured we go to the hotel safely. We were amazed at the wonderful service we received and I will recommend this hotel. The manager also has other hotel and I will definitely be patronising him again. The only thing I will say is that our TV in the room was not a smart TV so we could not have a movie night as family. Also the outdoor pool was not the best and kids did not use it 😄however it was lovely being able to sit outside by the pool to take pictures.

Amazing Place 👏. Great location next to the beach ⛱️, quiet and peaceful. Rooms nice big and tidy . Staff at the reception are really helpful and polite. Gentleman serving our breakfast every morning made as so welcome with a massive smile at the entryn making sure we got everything we need . Fantastic price for what they offer . The host waited for us at the property to hand us the key, show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. The WiFi at the apartment works very well - it is fast and reliable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to prepare food for us. The beds are comfortable, with clean linen and towels. The apartment is air-conditioned and it is comfortable to sleep at night. It does not smell, there are no noises from neighbours or street.

    Perfect location with easy parking and 10 minute walk to promenade and beach. However, we enjoyed sunbathing by the excellent pool- plenty of loungers, spacious and drinks by the poolside was super. Room was superclean and modern, perfect shower and even provided slippers! Buffet breakfast of great quality and enough for my wife to eat who is gluten intolerant. Staff attentive, polite and friendly. Happily stay here again.

    A modern clean and stylish hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. As its only April improvements were taking place (painting etc) a new bar restaurant had been built on the ground floor, and was being completed with modern soft furnishings being installed. This means that the rooftop bar/restaurant and pool will be purely for guests. The chef created traditional Albanian meals for us (not on the menu) which were delicious. The hotel has an amazing location situated on the beach.
