Everything- from the incredibly helpful staff to the private beachfront, I cannot recommend this hotel MORE! The rooms were cleaned daily as soon as we would leave and coming back in the evenings with the freshly washed sheets and towels was absolutely heavenly. I personally need detergents to be a specific smell and this was a gorgeous smell. The bathroom was perfection, toilets with a bidet, even the 3-in-1 shower gel (SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER TOO) left my hair silky smooth which I still cannot wrap my head around. We also had personal issues with travel and payments and having discussed this with the staff, they immediately gave us solutions, communicating every moment we were available in a way that made us feel very special and looked after, especially having never visited the area! The title of my review encapsulates this gem of a hotel - despite it being a year old, not only has it improved from the reviews I read before going, it completely exceeded my expectations of a new hotel. I have to thank the owner, who was a delight to talk to (even casually) and made sure to be present during breakfast and at times we needed him most. Thank you for making this such a beautiful trip, I am patiently waiting until next year!

I had the pleasure of spending five days at UJVARA and I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-equipped, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist named Ann. From the first greeting to the final farewell, Ann supported us every step of the way. She was not only highly professional and efficient but also incredibly warm and accommodating. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, local attractions, or special requests, she was always there with a smile and a solution. Her local knowledge and willingness to assist us in planning our daily excursions greatly enhanced our experience. She often went above and beyond her duties to ensure we felt comfortable and well-informed. Her tips and advice helped us make the most of our time in Albania. I can highly recommend UJVARA, especially because of the excellent service we received. The receptionist is a true gem and made our stay something special. Many thanks to the entire team and especially to the fantastic Ann for such a pleasant and memorable stay!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The rooms were spotless and new, making everything so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice, and the staff were simply amazing. Always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel so welcome. The pool is a great size and never felt crowded, and the sunbeds are sturdy and super comfortable. Another huge bonus was the parking under the building: stress-free and shaded. On top of that, being able to charge our car in the basement was incredibly helpful. All in all, this hotel really exceeded our expectations. We left with only positive impressions overall and would not hesitate to recommend it. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

    Excellent location, few minutes to the beach. The room was very clean, spatious with beautiful terrace with seaview. Very stylishly furnished. In the same building there were one large supermarket and one smaller, a pharmacy, doctor's office and exchange office. Many restaurants nearby.

    Very nice room, newly renovated (seaview room was very worth it for small extra price, great sunset view and balcony). Private beach and nice sun loungers/parasols on busy beach, very modern beach bar. Good location by restaurants and bars. On-site restaurant (Avra, not all-inclusive) high quality. All music off by midnight, no noise mentioned in other reviews. Reasonable prices in hotel but not cheap.
