Subject Exceptional new hotel with stunning sea views! I was the very first guest at this brand-new Cayo Exclusive Hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It’s located on a quiet hill with breathtaking views of the sea, offering complete privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. The design is modern, elegant, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel truly special. The food quality was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The infinity pool offers a magical view to the sea. Even though the beach is only 400 meters away, they kindly offered free transport to and from the beach, which was a lovely extra touch. If you’re looking for a peaceful, private, and high-quality stay near the sea, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Quiet place, great location and incredible view to the mountains. Big swimming pool outside and inside, also we saw sauna, but as we stay one night, haven’t chance to use it. Breakfast OK. Room and balcony OK.

We stayed at Valza for one week, and had a perfect vacation. The staff are among the best staff we’ve ever met at any hotel. They were always happy to assist you, and bringing lots of information and local tips which made our stay in Vlorë 10/10. The service provided by Gerti (hotel manager) and his team were truly above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is new with modern design, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Solid breakfast with various options. They also have some land turtles in the garden which are adorable. The hotel is located close to various beaches, and has a beautiful sunset view from the balcony. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it!
