Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

I spent an unforgettable vacation at Panorama Rosie Design Chalet in Bad Kleinkirchheim and I am absolutely thrilled with this place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the great views of the mountains that can be enjoyed from a huge balcony. The interior design is modern and very cozy. The location is great – close to the ski slopes and thermal baths, making it an excellent base for both winter and summer activities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The appartment was perfectly equipped with everything one might need during their stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail as well as the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. Panorama Rosie Design Chalet is a place I definitely want to return to. It is a true paradise for those seeking relaxation and the beauty of nature. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Amazing place in the mountains! We visited the hotel in summer and were very pleasantly surprised. The facilities of the hotel and the room itself were fantastic. Since we were traveling with a dog, we appreciated that they were well-equipped. If someone forgot a bowl, there were two available in the room, along with a small bed. However, the best and absolutely unique feature is their community area for walking dogs. It’s a large fenced area about 200 meters from the hotel, where you can let the dog off the leash and let it run around. There are also basic agility obstacles. Entry here is paid, but the hotel provides a free pass. The breakfast was excellent! A decent selection, and the eggs with bacon were absolutely genius. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly, and there was no problem even with a late arrival. Right next to the hotel, there is a cable car that takes you up to Brunnach. We highly recommend it; the views are stunning, and the hikes along the ridges are fantastic. You even get a free ticket for the cable car at the hotel. Great place in beautiful nature!

From the moment we arrived at OTP Birkenhof, we were blown away by the exceptional service, ambiance, and attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay was simply perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The food was another highlight! Whether it was the delicious breakfast spread, the gourmet dinners every bite was a delight. The attention to quality and presentation was evident in every meal. Very good breakfast. Location next to ski lifts and Terme St. Katherin. However if you do not stay long public Terme are not needed. Kolmhof have own very nice SPA zone with saunas and quite big heated outdoor swimming pool. Really great.

The food, we had breakfast and dinner, were excellent and very tasty. For breakfast a large selection from the buffet tables and for dinner a selection of several courses and the children had separate buffet tables. Hotel located approx. 30 m from the ski slope.

    The location is within convenient walking distance to the slopes, shops and restaurants. Rooms clean, great pools, saunas and newly renovated fitness room. Amazing service (bathrobes and slippers ready, clean towels for sauna and pool every day). And the owner was just amazing - funny, kind and helpful. My family and I have been to Bad Kleinkirchheim several times to different places, but this exceeded our expectations. We really felt like we were on vacation here and will definitely return to the Alpine Spa Residence.
