I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

I stayed here for one night with a friend. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The wellness area was a particular highlight, with saunas and a relaxing lounge area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The location was fantastic for us - directly connected to cross-country skiing tracks and winter hiking trails. There were also several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. The hotel offers a late check-out option, which we used to enjoy the wellness facilities even on our departure day.

All was super. Nice friendly staff i arrived without charge cable of my car they found me cable for charge my car. Hotel is very nice all spa area are clean and more than exceptional for the price. I will come back for sure

    I liked the location, the view of the mountains, the size and comfort of the room. The reception was pleasant and nice, we also got a free higher category room. Breakfast was good. Would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately we were only passing through.

    Breakfast - pretty nice, but the same every day and not the greatest in our experience like note in the description, but every time was tasty. People who working - perfect, room - clean and fresh, spa - perfect and was clean every time, parking place - excellent, location - great, but if you want to be exactly in this area. The best characteristic of this place, is that we would come back here again.
