Location was excellent, very easy access to public transportation (which you can tap and pay with your credit card, no need to buy an Opal card). Darling Harbour was close enough to walk to and Sydney Harbour was 2 train stops away. Also close to restaurants and a Coles supermarket. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed - all kitchen basics, including coffee and tea, full size fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Washer and dryer were very convenient and used almost daily by our family of 4. There were pots, pans and dishes for our light cooking. Cleaning crew was amazing - they serviced the apartment fully everyday and even emptied the dishwasher for us, which was a lovely surprise. Bonus: there are electrical outlets everywhere in the apartment. Just remember to bring a plug adaptor depending on where you are coming from. I would definitely stay again and I will be recommending Zara to all family and friends.

We loved everything. We were visiting our son who is studying abroad from Arizona USA. It was a perfect location across the street from the Sydney Town Hall public transit station and within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Square, and many restaurants and shopping areas. There were plenty of coffee shops and bakeries nearby as well as the Woolworth's grocery store with good produce and groceries. Beautiful buildings on the same block - St. Andrew's Cathedral and the Sydney Town Hall. The apartment was beautiful with great city views and it was spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. The hotel staff was fantastic. Great exercise room and pool partly open to the sky. Great beds and bathrooms.

I adored the location of Medusa. Darlinghurst is such a lovely neighbourhood. There were so many great eatery options nearby and I was surprised with how beautifully quiet it was during the nights after closing time. Perfect city feel for the day, felt so lovely and safe in the area, then deliciously calm all night. I stay in alot of hotels around the world and it's rare that I will review them because they're all quite generic. Medusa is anything BUT that and I LOVED it. Jesse and his staff were so beautifully personable and made the whole stay a lovely experience. Decor is 10/10. Beds were comfy. Location is brilliant. Can't fault them at all!

    Lovely property with great history, which you can read about on the large display in the lobby. Old features mixed nicely with new in the hotel. Rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Bathroom was modern with good shower and also very clean. Room was serviced daily and supplies replenished. Excellent location for the light rail. Short walk to darling harbour. Have stayed twice here for the location and the quality stay. Will stay again I am sure.
