Nice and clean hotel right in the historic center of Sarajevo with a parking place nearby which is rare in the area. The staff was very professional and helpful in everything. They also kindly arranged late check-out so we didn't have to spend hours at the airport waiting for our flight. When it comes to breakfast, the hotel offers a wide range of choices, all of them of good quality. To sum it up, I'd willingly stay here next time when again in the city. :)

The only hotel in the city with quality design and furnishings, even the baby cot they provided for our baby was high quality and new. Excellent service from staff, hearty breakfast spread with warm dishes of 6 different kinds of eggs including Turkish menenen. We liked everything, the hoste is verry nice and polite, we had great experience with her. The apartment is great you get everything same like you see in photos, you have everything that you need and more, you can see that hoste was thinking on every single thing that you could need. The apartment is in center of Sarajevo, 2min walk from Baščaršija. Everything that you need is a step away from the apartment and that is great. We didn't need to use a car almoust at all. You will even find the small catalogs about Sarajevo in your apartment so you can plan and organise your city sitening if you didn't done it.

    We were able to check in after midnight. The receptionist lady was very friendly and answered all our questions. The design of the room and the quality of the furniture were very good. The room and bathroom are modernly designed. The rooms and corridors are covered with a soft carpet. This is great for walking shoeless in the room. Towels and linens smelled nice. The coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant was good. I can say that the breakfast is delicious. We checked out 25 minutes late and this was not a problem.
