    Location is convenient, decent sized deluxe rooms. The staff were pleasant and reactive when we had issues with one of the rooms. No frills, no drama, in and out. There’s a number of facilities across the different floors of the building that are separate entities, including a movie room, restaurant, cafe, infinity swimming pool and a Shisha spot. I only tried the restaurant. Also they accept Amex.

    Nice clean rooms. The house keeping staff are excellent. As we were a big family with young children they cleaned our rooms twice. Room service was excellent. Ronie made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. After our swim our wet clothes were taken by house keeping washed and dried. The restaurant is modern with good quality food. If you are travelling from UK with kids then this hotel is a good fit.

    Very good - What previous guests thought, 148 reviews
    The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and even helped me book my train ticket to Sreemangal. The location is a bit removed from the city centre but offers a quieter neighborhood.
