Lovely and cozy hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was perfect. Even if we spent only short - 2 days - in the hotel, it was memorable time. I really recommend to everyone who is looking for a very good hotel in Gent.

The woman working there who we saw at breakfast was excellent, really friendly and wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. Also an excellent location - in walking distance from the train station and city centre where the main tourist attractions are. Comfy bed, nice quiet room with flowers and a little balcony. Highly recommend this to anyone choosing to stay in this area.

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre.

This hotel was fantastic. We traveled to Gent for the Christmas markets. it was only 8 min walk to them from hotel. 30min walk to St Peter’s train station and trams around the corner. Room was great. nice size warm and comfy. Breakfast was good and staff were extremely friendly.

The location is perfect and near everything by walking distance. When you enter the hotel, there are some refreshments at the entrance which is a nice welcome. We loved all the toiletries and amenities. What stood out the most was the help from Clarissa. We would love to come back and see her again!

The property is a modern hotel, with big comfortable rooms, very clean, beautifully decorated, huge windows, big balconies, great bed, great bathroom with shower. The rooms are very quiet, even for light sleepers. The big star however is without a doubt the bar-restaurant, which is amazing. The breakfast is served there, as well as dinner and drinks in the evening. Attention to detail is important and we loved the toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) in the bathroom, which were from the grown alchemist brand and you are even able to buy them at the reception. The location is very central at 5 minutes walk from the central square and in has an underground parking, although at quite a high rate of 24€ for 12-24 hours. Breakfast costs 20€ per person, if you tell the reception the night before, 25 if you just show up in the morning. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel if you want to treat yourself.
