Room was simple, but with all amenities. Shower head was awesome! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and staff were friendly. Dinner party in the steak house was great! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I’ll stay there again.

Save and calm neighberhood, beautiful and spacious house with an exquisite selection of art, souveniors and inspiring objects from around the world. Diana is a super friendly and helpful host and a true globtroter! She gave us a lot of different tips on how to spend a beautiful day in Vancouver and served us a delicious breakfast. Diana offers a variaty of different and comfortable rooms, each equipped with a bathroom. We definitely will be back. Highly recomended host!

Friendly staff and very nice and clean rooms. The parking was a little tricky. The reception need to improve.  receptionist should be a 'people's person'. They should greet guests with an infectious smile, be friendly, helpful. We didn't see any of this. Overall the hotel is great we love it.

Hotel is in a great location, and staff are very friendly and attentive. Everything is so clean and turn down survive etc give you the little extras with fresh water each night.

It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.
