Fantastic location close to some great restaurants and shops within walking distance. A great part of town, in fact! Facilities were great and the complimentary breakfasts were a great start to the day. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Best hotel on our six week holiday to date!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team in Edmonton. People are always what makes the difference to service, and this hotel has some of the best people. Everyone was authentically genuine, caring and thoughtful, something that money can't teach. I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this hotel was one of the best for service. I would like to say a massive thank you to Saloni on reception who made our stay the best it could be, and Buddhika and Jenny in the restaurant, both of whom could not have done more for us! There was another lady on reception when we checked out as well who was really nice, but I didn't catch her name. Plus the food and rooms were great!

The highlight of staying here had to be the fabulous service given by Joyce and Joe. I arrived late at night, having travelled across the country by train and looking a little dishevelled, and the service given to me the following morning by the very attentive and conscientious Joyce and Joe made up for the welcome I'd received the night of arrival. The room was just perfect, and the concierge lounge offered a break from the room when coming back from exploring the city to get jobs done and the wonderful walk in the nearby ravine walks, woodlands and parks. The service from the lounge and restaurant team was also of a high standard, and the food I ate was lovely - although it was hard to believe the half portion of tacos was just for one! Very generous! The facilities were everything I needed, wanted, and more - with a fabulous view of the river. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the exceptional service, attention to detail and high standards throughout.
