I had previously stayed at their (presumably, sister-facilitiy) in Drummondville, where I was not entirely satisfied, and didn't know what to expect at the Centropolis Grand Times of Laval....but, these apprehensions were quickly eliminated as soon as I received my access-card & parking voucher. The underground-parking, accessible only with a garage-door scannable pass, is fully secured to the point that even the elevator requires a room-card to close the doors! (Parking-fee is C$12.75 per 24-hours periods, based on the first "time-in"). There are many restaurants within walking distance, and some more by car/Uber or cab. All good for those who stil enjoy that type of eating out. But food can also be delivered.....the driver must simply acquire an elevator access-card at Reception. The room is pleasantly furnished....the view out of the floor-2-ceiling windows is great to enjoy a beautiful sun(rise) or sun(set). My Kingsize bed was mighty comfortable, with sufficient pillows, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and a workable desk with sufficient electrical receptacles conveniently located. Overall a great stay for two nights.....I'll return to serve my customers nearby.

Really central. Walking distance to most attractions and shops and restaurants were just around the corner. Quiet and well soundproofed despite nearby nightlife. Safe neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, felt like my home! Several charging sockets available and very good wifi. Everything was provided from Bluetooth speaker, ear plugs, bath robes, slippers, towels and toiletries to coffee pods and popcorn for microwaving. An added bonus if you have a sweet tooth and want the Montreal experience of buttered popcorn. Getting in and out of the building was trouble free, using the code provided. Lift was always available. Walk-in shower was spacious and hot water was abundant. Everything was modern, bed was super comfortable. Could have stayed there indefinitely, it was perfect for my needs.

Great hotel, it looks modern, great location, the beds are comfortable, additional the toiletries and set-up in the mini bar, they even leave a welcome letter (the devil is in the detail). Breakfast was also great. And the most important part is the personnel, they are extremely attentive, which makes the stay even better.
