The Venezuelan reception boy is a wonderful person and super polite. I want to comment that a woman was very rude to him, complaining about the rooms, interrupting the reception boy's work. who was very prudent and polite, the woman was extremely rude on Sunday around 4pm The reception boy had to put up with the rudeness of that woman, which didn't seem fair because she treated him extremely badly, even though he is an extraordinary boy. At night I went out and there was another reception boy I think the reception in Morocco was very friendly, I will definitely come back again.

The facilities and location exceeded expectations -- and I will definitely use Sonder again! My only concern was that the adapted site meant that the windows were not well insulated. While I don't mind a cooler room (and the climate control was very flexible), the noise from early morning revellers over the weekend was frustrating. Sonder did provide earplugs and a sound machine but it still wasn't sufficient to block the noise. Notwithstanding it was a very small price to pay for what was made available and the overall excellent quality!

The hotel is very new, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed is big and cozy, and the bathroom is spacious. There is enough space for luggage. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, a steamer, a coffee machine, a tea kettle, and a USB port to quickly charge your phone. The lights can be dimmed, and there is a small window with an insect screen that can be opened, which I appreciated because I don’t like air conditioning. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. All the staff were very kind and attentive, especially the receptionist Maite, who was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and diligent. There is a water dispenser in the hall and a small gym. Opposite the lobby, there is a nice bar and a small restaurant that serves dinner, with vegetarian options available and reasonably priced dishes. A supermarket is located across from the hotel, and a bus station is about a five-minute walk away. I had initially booked one week and planned to move to different hotels each week during my four-week business trip. However, I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay by three weeks.

Great location; very comfortable bed.... husband is 6'1", and the bed was definitely big enough. We did not find it overly noisy once the windows were closed. Air conditioning works very well. Loved watching the buskers on the street below.

    It was a pleasant stay in a very nice hotel. Our room was very modernly furnished, but the tradition was preserved, e.g. the brick wall on the window side. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good a la carte breakfast. Good location in the city center, about 5 minutes to the subway.
