Extremely clean, very large and comfortable room, perfectly equipped. Great location, a few minutes from every location. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone. My kids wanted to stay there for the whole vacation.

The room was on the top 30-th floor with the most spectacular view. The room was nice and warm, the size was adequate; the bathroom was good with a strong water stream. We had breakfast on the 26-th floor, which also had an amazing view. Out of the window we saw the fireworks from the best top location. Furthermore, this is the only hotel that stands out among all others, when you take a photo from a side. Internet was good.

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.
