We always stay at the Best Western when we are in Toronto. It's our favorite place! We love the indoor pool/Hot Tub! Everything is always clean and neat. I enjoy having the mini fridge in the room for leftovers.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The lobby looks great and set a welcoming tone from the start. The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with an impressive view. The staff were kind and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary water and blanket provided. The only recommendation would be to have clearer signs/instructions for guest parking closer to the hotel elevator instead of the public/casino parking. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We loved the location of the hotel which was next to all the shops on Bloor Street and minutes from the TTC stations. The room was great, very clean and modern with a view of the ROM. I would not hesitate to recommend and would stay again on my next trip to Toronto. It was great value compared to other hotels in the area.

Front desk staff are amazing. Suites are spacious, clean, and very modern and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the free drinks and early evening snacks are such a nice touch. I stayed with my two teenagers and will definitely be staying there again.
