The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to use e-scooters and e-bikes all the time during our stay. The spa was also amazing.

The view for the balcony is astonishing! Swimming pool was the main reason we selected this hotel and it is for sure one of the best we experienced! Saunas area is also great (only inconvenience or advantage to someone that it is naked only saunas) Rooms are much better than on the hotel pictures. Great location. Engelberg is a great town to enjoy maintains and the hotel is in the center of it.

Perfect getaway for a couple! Amazing facilities and views. Evening music and dance provides peaceful yet cosy and fun atmosphere. Best breakfast from all 4 places we visited in Switzerland. Easy access to boat, train, etc.

The location is perfect, close to train, bus stations. Also within walking distances to the major attractions such as Reichenbach Falls, Sherlock Holmes Museum, Aare Gorge ,etc. Breakfast was super, with variety of food. Chef Remo cooked eggs for all gusts.
