Extremely friendly staff, amazing views and plenty to offer in terms of access: well equipped gym, spa, sauna, heated indoor pool, huge breakfast, multiple outdoor relaxation areas. We were very close to the cable car / gondolas to go up to First Mountain (50m across the road), so the location was perfect. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave!

Everything. I travelled with my mum and we both absolutely loved it here. We shared a twin room and it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. The hotel has good food, great facilities - bar, spa etc and the location is fantastic (really central) and the staff were wonderful. We really hope we can visit again. It also helps that Wengen itself is a really magical and charming place and just so beautiful. Having not visited Switzerland before we feel we were very fortunate finding this hotel and staying in this area.

    Wow, my favourite hotel in Switzerland. Right in the heart centre of Grindelwald, with an unforgettable view of the mountains. the hotel was clean, modern, stylish, cosy and overall perfection. The staff where lovely, and very helpful. Their English speaking was perfect throughout the whole hotel. We took our 2 Pomeranians with us and the hotel was so accommodating, gave us beds and bowls for them, and everyone around the hotel greeted them each day :)
