The bathroom was newly refurbished, very stylish and very practical at the same time. There were 2 restaurants to choose from. Both had really excellent menus ; we both had truly excellent steaks.

From the minute we stepped off the bus from Gstaad (which stops at the front door of Panorama B&B) it was obvious this place is special. Lauenen itself is a picture perfect alpine village where you feel as though you've stepped into a Christmas card. The B&B Panorama has the most spectacular views imaginable - snow capped mountains flanked by pines dripping with snow, with beautiful ancient wooden chalets and twinkling lights in the foreground. Karen the host was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great, filling, locally-sourced breakfast. Beautiful, warm, well-appointed room with a balcony overlooking alpine splendour. We visited for winter hiking and the trails around Lauenen must be some of the best in Switzerland. We were truly blown away by our short stay - just wish we were still there!

The authenticity of this chalet was amazing. It’s was warm and cosy and had amazing views; I was lucky enough to watch the sunrise above the mountains and it was magical! I didn’t bring the correct plug adaptor or phone charger but the hosts were so accommodating they were able to provide both. One night wasn’t long enough.

The staff were kind and fantastic, Bouchra, Marco, Ivan, Nick and Milton, and provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were also fantastic. The restaurant’s food was very delicious and we were so happy that the chef catered to our allergy requirements (without black pepper). The location is fantastic and the price was very good. The decor is beautiful.

Everything, we have been regular guests since ages, this place is simply awesome.     The hotel is superb, everything was of higy quality. The location is perfect: not exactly in the center, but is quite and picturesque, only a few minutes walk to the center, and in the best position in Gstaad regarding the view to the mountains. The Deluxe Suite is spacious, it has a very big balcony with wonderful view to the mountains (Wispile). The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was clean, and the staff very helpful and polite. So, everything was perfect to spend some memorable days in Gstaad!

    The rooms are beautifully decorated in a homely fashion. The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, an absolute delight to stay at the hotel. The spa area is another delight to relax and enjoy nicely heated pool plus sauna and steam bath rooms. The location is ideal if you want to use train or stroll in town close to all happenings in the lovely town of Gstaad. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay and hope to visit it at another time again. Highly recommended.
