Four-Star Hotels in Lausanne

The location is amazing: right on the lake, I had amazing view from my windows, the metro is 3 minutes walk away. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and I loved the linens. The bathroom had a shower and a tub, a huge win for me. The isolating windows make the room very quite. There are two sets of blinds to choose from. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Amazing hotel, very recommended.

This was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.

The location is very good as the hotel is near lots of cafes and shops. The hotel staff (like the people of Lausanne) were always helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. The car park was useful. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

**A Delightful Stay at Novotel Bussigny** Having recently stayed at the 5-star Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, we were curious to see how Novotel Bussigny would compare. While both hotels welcome pets, our experience at Novotel Bussigny was uniquely enjoyable due to its warm and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel exudes an inviting ambiance that made our stay truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. One of the standout features was the hotel's design and amenities. Everything seemed within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. We were particularly impressed by the natural pool available for guests, complete with comfortable loungers, providing a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's chef and kitchen were commendable. We dined in their restaurant several evenings, enjoying the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The culinary experience was a highlight, making us look forward to our dinners at the hotel. Initially, we booked for just one night at Novotel Bussigny, but after experiencing the wonderful ambiance and excellent service, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. While the Savoy has its advantages, particularly its central location, it lacks the cozy atmosphere we found at Novotel Bussigny. One small critique is the lack of background music in the bar and restaurant, which is quite common back home. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Novotel Bussigny was delightful. The warm atmosphere, exceptional service, well-thought-out amenities, and enjoyable dining made it a memorable experience. Nice staff, clean & cute property, elevator, car parking lot is a plus. Also it’s walking distance from restaurants, pub, electric charging vehicle & public transportation.

The room we were given was huge, with a sitting area. The windows opened so we could get fresh air in the room. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.
