Great place, we had a view of the lake and garden (definitely recommend). Nice staff although there were a few let downs. However, we are delighted with the place- a successful holiday and a beautiful place .

We were on the 5th story and we love the view flamboyant felt very Italian and the warmth of the Italian design close to the cable car which was well worth the visit and close to Lake.generous breakfast included.

    Stayed here many times. The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the city, convenient for both coming by train (steps away from the lift which brings you from the station) and by car (parking garage inside of the building, though not free). Modern, freshly renovated rooms. Nice breakfast. Great, welcoming, helpful staff always! The restaurant is nice for dinner.

    I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.
