Great staff. I wasn't expecting to get a little treat for my birthday. THANK YOU for that. The hotel is very well located within walking distance from main attractions and seems recently renovated. I liked the art book explaining the paintings hanging in the rooms (great addition).

Staff were excellent. Had a little issue with the room. But everything was resolved efficiently. Room is of good size and nicely decorated. Items in the room are of very good quality. Welcome drinks and chocolate praline are a nice touch.

Well located next to the tram and train station. Warm and welcoming. Greeted by lovely staff throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, bright and spacious with modern facilities. Top class place. Made us feel that nothing was too much of a problem from the reception, cleaning to restaurant staff. Everyone was fantastic. Thank you so much.
