Awesome lake views, great restaurant in same building, awesome breakfast and very open to any special requests. The staff was very polite, with very good English, helped me with parking instructions and card validation.

The breakfast was superb. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The smoked salmon, local cheeses, and cured meats were divine. The furnishings and finish of the room was humble and luxurious at the same time. The wooden aesthetic was perfect. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Surrounded by the impressive panorama of the Zugerberg Plateau and the Swiss Alps, the Parkhotel is just a 2-minute walk from Zug Train Station.

It is clean, they have restaurant, rooms are very comfortable. There is always a person in the front desk and they are very friendly. Food is fresh. We had a room with a terraza looking at the park.

The City Garden Hotel is located next to a green park, within walking distance from the commercial districts and only 3 minutes from the city center of Zug.

Superb staff, fantastic room - super spacious and awesome breakfast. We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.

The large rooms in the renovated building are beautiful and have great blackout curtains for children to sleep and nap. Large curtain in the middle of the room allows children to sleep in one side and adults on the other. Great views. Beach club is excellent and family friendly. Play ground on grounds is excellent. Water sports rentals included!

The rooms where super comfortable and the atmosphere at the hotel was very welcoming. The view was spectacular and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would love to come again for a longer stay and play some golf.

Good for a one night stay if you plan to visit the Rigi Kulm and not want to rush back to Lucerne in one single day. it’s in walking distance to the Rigi Bahn station, and away from the tourist. Vitznau is cozy and quiet town. The rooftop restaurant across the street is pretty good, they follow fusion food using the local ingredients.
