Everything about our stay at this wonderful hotel was perfect! Great and helpful and friendly staff, beautiful room with a nice garden. We stayed for 10 days at this hotel on the lovely Gulangyu Island and would love to come back to Gulangyu Heitan Hotel! We would like to say thank you from our hearts for this stay! First of all I would like to give big thumbs up to all the staff of Atour Hotel, they are so polite, helpful and efficient. Tea was served upon arrival at the reception, check in was quick and simple, all done in a professional manner with a smile. The room was spacious, well design, simple but modern. The bed was comfortable and clean. What I like the most is the wireless charger, there were 3 in the room, so convenient. Air conditioning was good, unlike some other hotels, you can indeed change the temperature and fan speed of your own room. The only comment is the maintenance of the shower, brown marks and water marks were noticed along the edges. Location of the hotel is also good, only 11 rmb by taxi to Zhonshan Road. Also lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.
