Four-Star Hotels in Guachaca

Casa dos Almas is simply a magical place, a peaceful accommodation located in front of the sea on Mendihuaca beach. We stayed in a double room with a sea view located on the second floor. If we could describe our room in one word, it would be cozy. Everything was very clean, tidy, and beautiful, with a spectacular view of the sea under the shade of an almond tree. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and the room had a fan (air conditioning is not needed with the sea breeze). The accommodation has very comfortable and pleasant common areas. We had the option of breakfast included, but we opted for the "Napolitan eggs," which were very delicious. Thanks to Maria and Ela for everything, very friendly staff. Joseph has been one of the best hosts we have met, making our experience much more enjoyable, always attentive and kind. He instructed us very well about the place, helped us with everything we needed, and guided us on some activities like the Cacao Tour; he knows a lot about the area and told us about the culture and biodiversity. Probably many have not heard about Mendihuaca beach; it is a recent destination for tourists but offers tranquility and spectacular landscapes, located a few kilometers from Tayrona National Park and with easy access to the city of Santa Marta and nearby places of interest like the Sierra Nevada, Palomino, and other beaches. There are various activities available such as kayaking, surfing lessons, massages, among others, and transportation to other areas of the region is easy through moto-taxis. The local cuisine is not very extensive but offers more than enough delicious options, with Humbe as a recommendation, though all the restaurants we tried were delicious. We highly recommend this place for those who want to spend some time disconnecting and relaxing.

Such a unique experience. The place is immerse in nature and very well taken care of by a professional staff. Dinner was very good, as well as fresh juice in the morning. I would definitely go back.

Amazing hotel? Would definitely recommend it! Great resort, spacious and comfortable rooms and living areas and very good A/C. Great location? Close to Tyron Park. Beautiful beach just outside of the hotel and also very nice pool to chill when see is too choppy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant in the hotel had great food options too!

The beach house of Gaelia is very beautiful and the view right from the terrace is amazing with ocean view. If you want to have a very relaxed laid-back place, go here! We were welcomed with a fresh coconut from the trees that are around the beach house. The people that run it couldn't be more kind. The food at Blue Mango is very tasty. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and tidy and the expectations were good, the staff was lovely with all our requests and the food was extremely tasty. For sure I do recommend this Hotel, knowing that you will have a good time there
