The pool was very cozy both in the normal temperature part with a superlative water bar it was years that I waited for such a relaxing situation .. I had dinner several times. Optimal reception also with particular attention to families. I was also rewarded with a dinner invitation from the Resort for the whole family. SUPER! The exceptional breakfast service and also the very professional bar service among my memories great moments with the bartender Solonero. The saloon for breakfast and dinner has a fantastic view on the VOLCANO and it is absolutely unique. Activities such as horseback riding and searching for Perezosos are highly recommended and adventurous....everything absolutely an experience to replicate

Everything, truly magical property. The staff was very attentive and the service level very high. The small canines were beautiful on highest standard with private whirlpool. The kindness of the staff really stood out. Kevin gave the most amazing night tour to reach us about local animals.

Everything was just perfect! The staff, animals, location, hot springs, food. We travelled with our 3 kids. Perfect spot for them also- in the check in the staff told all information about horse riding, collecting the eggs and when children can milk the cow. It was such a good experience for them, and for us also. Ps! We loved the omlette in the mornings, really good. All was clean and correct, the prices were acceptable, not overkilled. Ex. milksahkes, coctails and food- all was affordable on the site😊 We are gonna miss you guys and definitely when we are coming back to Costa Rica, we are 110% coming back to you. Thank you! The location, the nature around this place, the view perfectly in facing the Arenal volcano, the tub on the terrace were WOW! It was one of our best days of our lives! The hanging bridges (that is a must!...) is just a walk from the hotel, but they have free transport to there (if you buy the ticket at the hotels reception), and You can walk back! Good food! We stayed 1 more night than we planned, because we loved to be here.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The gardens around each cabin are amazing and it sitting just below the volcano which can be seen from the cabins. The cabins are very spacious and well equipped and the front desk stuff is great. The restaurant is convenient to have if you rather not drive to town for dinner but it's a little pricy and the food is nice but not worth the price in our opinion. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the town by car and it offers a shuttle to town. We really wish we could stay more

The view is exceptional, the staff is very nice and the food in the restaraunt is very good. You can order tours to nearby locations and staff will help you managing that. The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable and they have all one needs to have a relaxing holiday near nature. There is also a cool hiking trail through the jungle thdt circles back to the hotel and a swimming pool with an absolutely amazing view. Big thanks to Natalia and the rest of the crew for making our holiday so special!
