The location of the hotel. So close to everything: 20 min to Ski resort , 10 min Ostrov, Karlovy Vary 20 min, delicious restaurant 10 min. Free private parking. Beautiful, well maintained small hotel in the center of Karlovy Vary. Excellent breakfast in the morning with something for everyone — from juices, yogurt and fresh fruit to eggs and sausages, assortment of breads, and pastries. Rooms were very large and well equipped as was bathroom. Black-out curtains made sleeping easy. Very quiet. Nice spa (pool, steam room, and sauna) and a fabulous facial. Massage next time! Recommended restaurants to us when asked. Those we tried were very good.

Perfect location - close to everything but still tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the in-room amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Absolutely stunning! Extremely spacious apartment with big very well equipped kitchen and big bathroom with shower and tub, and one more extra toilet. Apartment is right in the city center, at the footstep of main mineral spring - Vřidlo. Whole accommodation is even more beautiful than on pictures! Definitely good value for money.

We all liked everything. The apartment is highly luxury and clean. It's so beautiful. The living room is perfect for friends and family. There is a big screen smart TV. The Wifi was fast. The kitchen is fine. There is sauna in the restroom. The location is excellent. There is also a parking place just in front of the apartment. Nothing to criticize at all.

    A true gem in a perfect location imbued with fascinating history. Add to it the wellness/rehab amenities and you've just arrived at a recipe for a great stay in this charming spa town. The spectrum of treatments on offer is wide but remember to book them well in advance as quite a few people are keen on taking advantage of them. Breakfast, in the form of a buffet, is rich and most people will find something to their own liking. Staff is helpful and friendly.
