Fantastic hotel in central Ostrava. Housed in a historic building. Rooms are huge and nicely decorated - opt for a Privilege room if you want even more space and a free minibar, for an only slightly higher price. Location is unbeatable, 8 minutes by tram and 30 minutes walking from the main train station, centrally located, 4 minutes walk from Stodolni Street. Tons of dining options near the hotel, plus for self catering an Albert Supermarket (open long hours 7 days a week) a 3 minutes walk away. Staff very nice and helpful. Wifi fast. Mercure is usually solid, but this one certainly exceeds expectations.

The superior Best Western Hotel Vista is situated in quiet surroundings on the southern edge of Ostrava, near highway 56 and the ČEZ Aréna. It offers free WiFi access throughout.
