It was a perfect stay! Hotel has its own connection with Franken Therme and it's very convenient to go directly to spa from the hotel room wearing your bathrobe. Special thanks to the receptionist (unfortunately I didn't note his name). A perfect man doing his job with all his soul and attention to the clients. Definitely, the rest of the personal is also magnificent. Breakfast was ideal with a great variety of everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Also, pat-friendly!
