Hotel is exceptionally cosy, fresh new and clean. We were with dog and got room with huge balcony! So good extra area for big dog. Breakfast and both restaurants are perfectly good. Staff friendly and not annoyingly attentive. Always will help when asked. Alps restaurant Wittekindstube especially cosy with authentic dishes and very professional service.

It’s near Signal Iduna Park, if you want to watch football games, it’s a good choice. The staff is very friendly. I found the security box didn’t work in my room, the staff helped me fix it soon. Room is clean and breakfast is delicious, good experience.
