I have booked the room a couple of days before arrival. However, I received a warm pre-welcome WhatsApp message with the preview of the room. Arriving there, it was a lot better than expected. Mr. Walid is a very charming host and made me feel very special on how he welcomed me. However, also when special things were needed on a short-term, Mr. Walid was very helpful in giving good advices. As by the room: My room was towards the street and when windows were closed, you didn't hear anything from the traffic, though the street is rather busy. The room was separated in a bedroom and living / kitchen area. Kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare food easily. However, walking disctance 3 minutes (leaving the hotel and turn right) is a REWE Supermarket so you can get your groveries. All together I'd say, this place is very recommendable, very clean and my special thanks go to Mr. Walid for making me feel not in a hotel but at home.

A fab and comfortable hotel with great staff. The location is great. We were given a free travel card to cover public transport costs during our stay which was a great unexpected bonus. You can get to the centre of the city on the tram very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note is that we hadn’t realised that having coffee brought to the room had a cost (no coffee in the room) but the coffee was delicious so we didn’t mind!

We had a wonderful experience at this Apartment hotel in Düsseldorf. The modern and stylish furnishings, along with the thoughtful amenities (especially for our dogs with such nice bed and snack box!) made our stay enjoyable. Location was very convenient with access to public transportation and parking near by (P+R). The overall experience was great, the view from our balcony was outstanding to be able to see River Rhine with the tower. Also there was a beautiful park right opposite of our hotel so we had a very pleasant time with our dogs. Lastly check-in and out system was very efficient you can do it all by yourself on your phone, so there is no need to wait for somebody to get the key and also you can open the doors with your phone without carrying a card key. Highly recommended to stay here and we would love to come back again next time.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and the attention to details remained. The rooms have been ultra comfortable and spotless, the stuff amazing, never making you feel like you are asking for too much - Special thanks to Rebecca and Mamdouh for patience, always being there for any request and for making things happen. You make my stay special every time :) Also the Bar makes amazing cocktails (please always reach out to Alex or Silas to be sure you will have the best drink ever) and the overall atmosphere in the lobby bar is comfortable, cozy and warm.

    Modern building & rooms. Didn't get to use it but there was a nice kitchenette with good quality equipment. Room was very nice with a nice balcony. Gym is small but adequate for 2-3 people. Location is ideal with free parking nearby and a tram stop just outside.

    Room was clean and comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or bar facilities, so I cannot comment on the quality, but the ambience was nice and the staff were friendly and forthcoming. The best part about the hotel is it's location, several amazing Asian restaurants around, and the city center is just a 15-20 minute walk away.
