The staff here were so very obliging and helpful. Really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The mountain views from our room were amazing not to mention the view of Neuschwanstein every morning. The Bavarian countryside is breathtaking and we enjoyed every moment.

The Spa has Ladies Sauna. Excellent breakfast with really high quality foods. Fantastic bar with exceptionally good bar tenders, who made fabulous cocktails. Room was spacious and beautiful. You really felt pampered and cared for in this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location Location!!! The view from our room was phenomenal. Staff were exceptional! We spilled red wine on the comforter and the staff could not been more gracious about replacement. We were so embarrassed but they us feel ok about the situation and it was appreciated.

    Why it is just only a 4-star hotel? Maybe it could not provide more services like other large-chain-hotel but it is enough for normal traveller, so the SERVICE is 4-star, but the room facilities is 7-star for the UK's standard, and the location, it is absolutely priceless treasure while you soak in the bathtub and the Schloss Neuschwanstein is just in the window.

    this is a modern superb hotel with parking. our room was big includes a balcony and a bath tube over looking the castle. the location is ideal for visiting the castle. extremely recommended. deserved more than 5 stars.
