I think it was one of the best places I have ever visited. The location exceptional, just by the river with spacious beaches and a lot of green fields. If you are travelling with pets you coulnd't find better. I got upgraded for free to a business room and I wasn't charged anything extra for the dogs. Free coffee available all day long. Big rooms with great views. Very peaceful place and the hotel itself is very modern, freshly renovated. Great value for money and very helpful staff, they even made sure that the AC was on in my room as I said I will be coming with dogs. Really, really great place!

A fab and comfortable hotel with great staff. The location is great. We were given a free travel card to cover public transport costs during our stay which was a great unexpected bonus. You can get to the centre of the city on the tram very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note is that we hadn’t realised that having coffee brought to the room had a cost (no coffee in the room) but the coffee was delicious so we didn’t mind!

The hotel is beautiful. There is a terrace on the top floor, where it is nice to spend time. The room is wonderful, stylish and modern, with a small balcony. Everything was nicely cleaned, good bed. There is a coffee machine in the room. Thank you to the wonderful and friendly Josefa for the good attitude and help during check-in and check-out from the hotel. She is the golden fund of the hotel.

The location is outside of Düsseldorf in a very quite area, still you can be in the city in about 20min. You can also take the ferrie to get acorss the Rhine and save 10min travel to the city.
