The place is very elegant, the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The reservation employee learned from my name that I prefer food (halal) and informed me that some items will be available for breakfast.also the appartment was a (carpeted floor )

An extremely comfortable stay. The location was excellent - in a quiet lane but a stone’s throw from Marienplatz and Viktulienmarkt. The staff were extremely friendly all around - helpful with suggestions for restaurants, things to do. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve ever had. You could rent bikes to enjoy the English Gardens

It was an experience where we felt the Marriott quality from check-in to check-out. Getting to the hotel is very easy, if you take the S1 or S8 line from the airport and get off at the Hirschgarten stop, it is about an 8-minute walk away, across from Bauhaus and next to the BMW showroom. There is also the Am Lokschuppen tram stop in front of the hotel, so you can easily reach the Hauptbahnhof stop using lines 18 or 19. When we checked in to the hotel, the room wasn't ready yet, so we were directed to the gym to change and get ready since we were going to an Adele concert. However, due to this situation, they upgraded our room to a higher floor and included free breakfast. When we got ready and went downstairs, our room was ready, but we still took advantage of the room on the higher floor and the free breakfast. :) All the employees were very helpful and friendly. Before arriving at the hotel, we gave the hotel's address for the delivery of our shopping and when the cargo arrived, it was also left in our room. The room we stayed in was quite large and spacious. The free water in the room came in handy when we arrived late at night. In addition to a large double bed, the room has a 2-person sofa, a desk and enough wardrobe for all your belongings. The bathroom is quite clean and large and has all the necessary shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. toiletries. Also, the toilets had a smart system just like you can see in Japan and it was a nice surprise for us to experience this for the first time in there :) There is also a small market in the hotel lobby for yor needs. Breakfast was open buffet and had a wide range of options. The omelets were delicious. Also, pastries like croissants etc. were fresh and successful. Tea, coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juice options were more than enough. We also enjoyed having champagne to drink at the end of breakfast.

Staffs always smiled and tried they best to help us in any ways. Everything in the room was so perfect. There are everything you need for short and long stay. The layout is really functional and up to date. Will definitely return to this place if we visit Munich again. I'll also visit other Locke hotels elsewhere.

    Amazing hotel which has 4 starts for a good reason! Great, spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness. The staff are very polite and ready to accommodate various requests, also ready to go beyond the reservation specs. Location is a bit off the city centre, but there is a direct line (S4, S6) which city centre easily reachable. Also this one of the cheapest 4-star hotels in Munich, considerably cheaper than many hotels with one, two or three stars. Great impression. I stayed there twice, and I will be returning for sure!
