The hotel was superb in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; our room was quiet, roomy and very comfortable and had a great view over the Danube; the buffet breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of quality food; the underground parking next door was wonderful; and, the location of the hotel could not be faulted - it was right in the heart of Passau Old Town and across the river from the old fort, Veste Oberhaus. We had a wonderful stay!!

Best location in the old town Our hotel is surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere - directly on the southern bank of the river next to the castle park with no road in between.

We were surprised to see how big is the room, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the food in restaurant was really good. We enjoyed the breakfast which was with a lot of variety of foods.

Excellent location. In the center, on the bank of the Danube. Clean, fresh room with everything you need (electric kettle, coffee machine, plus tea and coffee, refrigerator), a bottle of sparkling water as a compliment. Polite staff at the reception. Will tell you where to conveniently park your car, what to see and where to have a snack or dinner. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is an agreement with a parking lot, which is located five minutes walk away. The parking is very convenient. Where you can easily park an SUV. We stayed only for one night and after checking out of the hotel, leaving the car in the parking lot, we were able to calmly walk around the city. I highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back here again.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. Reception staff speak English very well. I was upgraded to a single occupancy double room, I am assuming as it was very quiet. The pool area is warm and clean. The lady in the spa had outstanding English and I recommend getting a massage/ spa treatments. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast buffet is large and varied. Food portions are huge! Overall, a great and relaxing break.
