This hotel met or exceeded our expectations and we felt was was good value for money compared to other hotels around the lake that we stayed at. Comfortable and clean with very comfortable bed. Best breakfast of the 6 hotels we stayed at during our cycle tour of the lake. Beautiful view of gardens and the lake. Excellent staff. Has a good bike garage.

It was right in the center of Überlingen, the Bodensee and bars/restaurants were right next to the hotel, supermarkets were also 5-10 minutes away on foot. Comfortable and very big bed, friendly and helpful staff.

This flat is superb! It comes equipped with all the amenities you could need and is furnished with top quality pieces. The inclusion of all Miele appliances adds a touch of luxury, especially the automatic coffee machine which is a real treat. Both the bed and sofa bed are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The access to a small garden is a fantastic feature, especially for those with small children—it's a safe and enjoyable space for them to play. Michaela is a super host, attentive and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. I’ll definitely be back again!

Everything. Very kind welcome, great family ambiance, very good breakfast. The rooms are generous and comfortable, the balconies are large and it is very quiet. Can only recommend if you are in the neighbourhood.

We had very comfortable stay, host is very friendly and helpful. The location of house is excellent, there is great view over the city and full of greenness and is very calm. Its about 10 min walk away from bus station and its easy to reach city center. We would highly recommend!
