Good reception, amazing staff! Its really nice that you can use all pools and restaurantes from all hotels of the group. The food its quite good, the hotel its huge and you always have something to do! Our flight was just at the end of the day and the staff was super nice with the late check out! We really enjoy!

This was our second visit. The place is very clean, the slides are many and fun. Lots of food and snacks available, many restaurant options. Snacks and desert through the day. There is a lot of extra entertainment other than water slides. Lots of night entertainment, you can leave without going through it all. Mr Ismael at reception and colonies restaurants went over and above to make our stay special and memorable. We thank him.

The staff was so friendly and candid. They answered the request within the shortest time. The facilities were really abundant and even the hotel was in full capacity, no crowded were the places. I've been to many parts of the world but I have not received the service any good as this hotel. The food was excellent and with a variety of choices. Definitely worth visiting a second time :)
